METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. PayPal.
Fountain of Being uses Paypal as its primary method for payments. Paypal is the worlds safest and most secure way of sending money on the internet. When checking out, select the payment method 'Visa / Mastercard via PayPal' and you'll be redirected to our secure payment page on PayPal in the final step. Once you have been redirected to PayPal, if you already have a paypal account, you may log in here or you can select D'on't have a PayPal account?' to proceed to payment via credit card.
2. Credit Cards (Via Paypal).
Credit cards may be used with our online shopping service. We do not process your credit card, nor do we take any credit card information. All credit card payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal offers total privacy and security for your personal and credit card details.

DELIVERY TERMS
1. We work hard to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment being received. 95% of our orders are dispatched within 24hrs.
2. Under some circumstances there may be a delay on your order due to a lack of supply from a distributor. This is usually due to a product being under extremely high demand. In this case, we will contact you to see if you don't mind waiting or if you'd like a full refund.
2. Orders will arrive anywhere from 2-10 business days of placing your order.
3. We use Australia Post (Parcel Post & Registered services) for all of our deliveries domestic & international. Postage costs are based on weight as is viewable in your cart and during the checkout procedure.
4. Express Post may be arranged if you contact us prior to or immediately after checking out. You will be charged the Express Post rate as determined by Australia Post. Please note that Express Post is not available on all products.
5. We have tracking on all orders (unless unavailable).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Fountain of Being will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:
1. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Refunds will only be given on faulty, damaged or unused goods.
3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
4. Postage and delivery costs are not refundable. An additional postage fee will be charged for all exchanges except for damaged goods.
5. All goods to be exchanged must be returned as new. (i.e. unused, undamaged and in original packaging.)
7. All items purchased from Fountain of Being will be replaced if they have been damaged in transit via Austraila Post.
STOCK UNAVAILABLE
In the case you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery Fountain of Being will contact you via email within 24 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you are as follows:
